Here's an example of what loose connectors can do. This was the a/c condenser fan circuit.

Here's the section of box I replaced. It took out three fuse holders- terminals and the plastic around them. I cut a section from another Scorpio fuse box, rather than replace the whole thing. It took a lot less time. I used a rubber piece on the far right side to patch the hole (the fuse box sits in a separate box). Seems to keep out the moisture.
